Harvested from the Swinney Vineyards in Frankland River at a moderate ripeness to preserve natural acidity, the grapes were soaked on skins to extract color and aromatic compounds before pressing.

The nose features fresh lychee, rosewater, orange peel (think Negroni), and Turkish delight, while the palate is light and refreshing with notes of orange and rose petal, accompanied by a soft texture. It pairs beautifully with Moroccan and Indian cuisine.
