  • How far in advance do I book my wedding flowers?
We encourage all of our brides to first make contact with us as soon as you have secured your reception venue & locked in a wedding date. Having said this, we tend not to take on bookings more than one year in advance. This is solely to ensure that all of our brides have a chance to pop in contact with us.
  • I want to reserve my wedding date, now what?"
Fab! {we knew you would love us} To reserve your wedding date with Wild Art Floral, all you need to do is fill out the form in the "Weddings and Events" page then we will contact you from there. You do not have to worry at this stage exactly what florals you require as we will work with you & discuss which designs, florals & style works within your budget. This is where the fun begins.
  • When do I pay for my wedding flowers?
After your deposit has been paid to reserve your day, you do not need to pay any further amount until we are 2 weeks away from your wedding day. You are welcome to make payments throughout the year however best suits to your wedding planning.
  • What happens on the day of our wedding?
If you have requested that we deliver and/or setup your wedding flowers, we always try to aim to depart our studio in Gnarabup around four hours before the ceremony. However, we will work out a timeline for the day, in the final stages. We will usually head to the brides delivery address first, then onto the Groom or partners and then Ceremony, followed lastly by the Reception venue to setup. Note, this is just a general run sheet and may vary due to ceremony times, photographer requirements etc.
  • What if I need to change my wedding flowers?
It's your wedding day, we need to get this perfect!!! We have a complete open arms policy with your floral choices & we aren't happy until you are. You're welcome to alter your choices right up until one month out from your wedding.

  • What happens if the recipient is not home?
Each bouquet is delivered with a water bubble attached. Therefore, if the recipient is not home, we will leave the bouquet at their front door, under shade, with a water bubble attached so the flowers remain fresh. If the order is left at the door and if the recipients number is left on the order, we will send a text to notify them that there is an order waiting at the door for them.
  • How do I maintain my succulent dreamcatcher?
Bright light is best with little or no direct sun. A bit of direct morning sun is fine but avoid hanging your wreath in any spots with hot, strong sun. Depending on the temperatures & the exposure, a good watering once every 1-3 weeks will be fine. Your wreath would enjoy some yearly nourishment because it’s not growing in a lot of soil. You can use an organic balanced liquid fertilizer, sea kelp or anything similar to keep the succulents thriving. The moss may eventually wear away or come apart so a bit of repair will be in order. Simply take pieces of moss to cover the exposed soil & secure with an eco friendly glue (but not too much as you don’t want to suffocate the succulents).
  • How long will my succulent dream catcher last for?
This all depends on how well it has been maintained! However, if it has been maintained accordingly, it should last 8 or more months before the dreamcatcher will need a trim back.
  • Are you able to repair/add more succulents afer purchase?
Of course! For a small fee of $20 I'd be more than happy to repair, add more moss or a few extra succlents to your dreamcatcher to make it look just as new again. All you need to do is send me a picture of your dreamcatcher via email and I will sort everything out from there.
