Delivery Details

Do you take same day orders?

Yes, same day orders close at 1pm and deliveries start at 2pm. We operate Monday until Saturday and we are closed on Sunday's. We always encourage pre-ordering a little further in advance where possible.

Can I order a morning delivery?

Yes, please state "morning delivery" in the "delivery date" section, along with the date of delivery. Morning deliveries will start from 9am- no earlier.

What if the recipient isn't home?

Every bouquet is delivered with a water bubble attached to keep the flowers fresh. If the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, we will leave the bouquet in a shaded area at the front door with the water bubble attached.

If the recipient's phone number has been provided with the order, we will send them a text message to let them know a delivery is waiting for them. We will also email you a delivery notification, whether the recipient was home or not.

Can i write a message?

To add a personal touch, your message will be handwritten on one of our complimentary note cards and included with your bouquet or gift.
