2021 Montague Cabinet Sauvignon and Seasonal Bouquet Package

This distinctive 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon, sourced from two estate blocks, was hand-picked, crushed, and de-stemmed into open fermenters, then pressed into separate batches and aged for 19 months in a mix of 25% new and seasoned French oak. A touch of Malbec and Cabernet Franc was blended in before filtering and bottling.
