2021 LS Merchant Cabernet Savignon Locals Deluxe Hamper

This distinctive 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon, sourced from two estate blocks, was hand-picked, crushed, and de-stemmed into open fermenters, then pressed into separate batches and aged for 19 months in a mix of 25% new and seasoned French oak. A touch of Malbec and Cabernet Franc was blended in before filtering and bottling.

Paired with our locally made Ocean House Collection soy candle and Bahen and Co dark chocolate, presented in a low- lying cane hamper.
